The Cotswold Way National Trail

Dursley is situated on the Cotswold Way – walks in either direction are possible using buses and trains. A couple of ideas for Public Transport walks are-

Ryeford to Dursley. For this walk why not catch the Stagecoach 61 bus to Ryeford and follow this section of the Cotswold Way over Coaley Peak, Uley Bury and Cam Long Down back to Dursley. This walk is about 7.2 miles in length. The walk could also be completed by walking from Dursley and catching the 61 bus back from Ryeford.

Wotton under Edge to Dursley. For this walk why not catch bus 60 to Wotton under Edge and follow this section of the Cotswold Way through the village of North Nibley and over Stinchcombe Hill before reaching Dursley, A shorter option could be to catch the bus as far as North Nibley and follow the Cotswold Way from there over Stinchcombe Hill to Dursley.

St Bart's Ramblers
