Dursley Walking Festival

The Dursley Walking Festival 2013 took place from Friday 4th October 2013 through to Sunday 6th October 2013.
13 walks were arranged for the festival.

Before the walkers left Dursley the Town Mayor, Jane Ball, thanked all the walk leaders well those who had worked hard to arrange the festival and the towns successful application for Walkers are Welcome status.

The 1st walk of the festival was led by Rob and Marjory and they led the group out of Dursley along the Costswold Way up to Stinchcombe Hill and then through pretty hamlets and past farms of the North Nibley Valley before climbing to the disused quarries of Breakheart Community Project and back down into Dursley.
